The place was convenient because of its proximity to key spots. The room that was assigned was very basic, clearly in need of upkeep with marked walls. The bathroom was unsightly, showing rust on the shower. The price felt too high for what was offered. There was no luggage storage available.

The room was modern. The key system was unacceptable; we only got one key for two people. The owner was unreasonable – we both needed to be back in the room at separate times. Communication with the owner was very poor and there was no on‑site support to resolve the issue.

The spot is handy for exploring the city and the bed is fairly comfortable. However, the price is completely unjustifiable and the photos on booking don’t match what I found. The room looked superficially clean but clearly needed a deeper clean and refresh: the windows were dirty, the walls had stains in several spots, and the curtains were dusty. The worst part was the bathroom! An old disabled bathroom without a bidet, with limescale on the tap, a stained radiator, and an unacceptable shower. I attached photos (the bathroom is never shown!). For the price paid, perfection was mandatory! On top of that, the street below is too noisy, making it impossible to keep the windows open.
