The staff were absolutely incredible, and their kindness made the stay memorable. The location is perfect and the room is great—everything about the room and the booking was 10/10. The only discomfort was the constant photo‑shoots by influencers at the pool, which made it hard to relax.

The overall design is great and the hotel stays very clean. Staff are friendly and the facilities are excellent. Wi‑Fi could be faster and more reliable, and longer pool hours would be appreciated.

The location is very strategic—outside the crowded One Nimman area but close enough to walk there. I especially love the clean aesthetics; the room smells great and the sheets are clean. They even offered complimentary beer in the room and a daily happy hour from 5‑7 pm with free‑flow wine, ice cream, and snacks. The staff are all friendly and helpful.
