The staff were friendly and even stored luggage before and after check‑in. The rooms were modern and the hotel is close to the station. There’s free coffee and tea. Because it’s near the station, the surrounding area isn’t very pleasant and it’s not ideal for sightseeing, but it’s very convenient if you’re traveling from München HBF.

The staff were friendly. The room had a fridge, a powerful hair dryer, and all the usual necessities. The city center is within walking distance, and the main train station is nearby. The Wi‑Fi was very bad, frequently dropping out, and when it worked it was slow. The bedding, blankets, and pillows were sagging, dusty, and smelled of dust and dampness.

The air conditioner worked. I didn’t buy a breakfast package. The bed was not comfortable and I woke up several times during the night. The air was fine, but the carpet was worn. There was no coffee or tea in the room, so I had to shower and then go down six floors to get free water or coffee/tea. In the current era?

Central location especially for the train station. Was slightly noisy but with the location it was worth it

The location is great – just a stone’s throw from the train station and a quick stroll to the Oktoberfest grounds. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
