The breakfast was decent. The room had no soundproofing and was next to the track; the beds were narrow and unstable; the curtain didn't cover the whole window, making the room very bright; some staff seemed dissatisfied with the service; the bedding had a bad smell; the toilet leaked water; the toilet lid was cracked; there was mold in the corners of the room; and the shower had an excess of sludge.

The staff were always attentive, polite and helpful. Whenever rooms had issues they were fixed, but the breakfast quality has been dropping; the last time we stayed I thought it was because there were many guests, but honestly that wasn't the reason, we were there today with no one else and the breakfast was very sparse and not replenished. Very unpleasant.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was disappointing for the price of the room. The selection was very limited and at times items ran out, taking a while to be restocked. Also most of the TV channels listed didn't work, and when they did, the picture quality was very poor. SporTV, for instance, was not working.

The location was good, the room was spacious, the attendants were kind, and they let you drop off your luggage before check‑in, which was a big help. Good value for the price. The overall cleaning could be better. The room drains smell when you use water and make a loud noise.

The staff were very helpful and attentive, and the hotel’s location is excellent. The breakfast was a disaster because so many guests left for work at the same time; everything ran out—coffee, bread, fruit, juice—while only one employee tried to restock and couldn’t keep up. I recommend setting up a separate breakfast area for the MARQUESPAN guests or changing the restocking strategy; for instance, instead of peeling the melon and papaya, just cut the pieces to improve replenishment. The bathroom in room 103 is too cramped.
