The spot’s location is great, the cleaning is spotless, the room is comfy, service is top‑class, and the rates are solid for the area. I came to unwind in silence, but the staff member Mário kept chatting with me all the time—during breakfast and when I sat down for a juice later. I didn’t want to talk and politely said no, but his constant “my beautiful” and “my angel” nicknames felt intrusive, especially since I didn’t know if we were on a date. He also kept calling me while I was on the phone, which made me feel really uncomfortable. Aside from that, the place and the stay overall were excellent.
