Lovely, characterful pousada in a quiet part of town. Great breakfast to set you up for a day's walking. If you arrive by bus definitely book "Ed", taxi driver who the owners will recommend. It's not far from the bus stop, but all up hill on steep cobbled streets, it would be very hard to navigate with wheeled cases. Also, Ed's price is very reasonable. Nothing, it was all great!

11/10 – a really lovely place with friendly staff, nice breakfast, and a great location. Nothing to add – highly recommend this place.

The proximity to the historic center and the friendly service were positives. The surroundings looked ugly, reception was only acceptable, the room was on the second floor accessed by stairs, had almost no kitchen facilities, and to reach the room you had to walk through the dining area, kitchen, and an unfinished patio where a construction worker was tied up.
