The location by the beach was fantastic, the terrace was large, and there was a dishwasher available. However, there were no toiletries, no fresh towels for the aging beach chairs, and after the third day the algae rugs on the previously poorly maintained beach started to smell awful; the beach itself was much smaller than the pictures suggested.

Booking didn’t let us get a beach‑side bungalow even though all other bungalows were free. The bungalow sits next to the main road between St Anne and St Francois, so the car noise is constant, and the stench from rotting sargassum is unbearable because the storage area is only 50 m away. The beach is idyllic but not kept clean, and there were hair in the shower.

Absolutely nothing! We didn’t even sleep there. The accommodation was filthy, infested with cockroaches and worms, with a horrible odor; the towels contained worms. The owner was unreachable, dishonest, and even accused us of breaking a stove door.
