Location. no AC and the fact that you needed to leave the key every time you leave the room

The location is great, but the stairs are a hassle.

The room was comfortable, the location near restaurants and the metro was good, and the view was beautiful. There are no stairs, so I had to climb six floors with luggage. It’s okay for young people but very difficult for older folks. Still, the location and room comfort make up for it.
