Very good location, near RC Lido station with easy access to the best RC attractions; the host is friendly, helpful and communicative, and you can see and hear that he loves his city and tries to convey everything important from a tourist's point of view.

The apartment is highly recommended because it sits in the city center, feels very welcoming, and comes fully equipped with all comforts. Fabio is a wonderful person—friendly, helpful, and he supplied us with every detail we needed for our stay.

Nobody lies in these reviews; at Fabio’s place you feel right at home, and he hosted us wonderfully :) He also pointed out spots to visit that made me fall in love with the area. The apartment isn’t large, but it’s enough for two people, and the kitchen and bathroom match the description, complete with all essentials. The location is excellent, close to the train station, bus stop, city center, and the sea :) Thank you and we recommend with a clear conscience.

“Lovely apartment and fab host.”

Fabio is an amazing host, overflowing with knowledge about Reggio Calabria and its surroundings. We stayed two days and three nights, and he excelled at suggesting an itinerary—where to eat and what to see. We followed all his tips and were not disappointed. Lunch at Glam and a superb local dinner at Al Capolinea were highlights. The apartment sits right in the center of Reggio on the seafront, with parking available. I can’t praise Fabio enough—he’s an excellent host 😊. It’s also very close to Scilla, which was beautiful.
