The location was great, the host was genuinely kind and welcoming compared to most other hosts we met, yet we stayed for 5 nights and they never came to clean; the heating didn’t work and the room was still cold after we moved, the shared kitchen wasn’t as clean as we’d hoped, and the kosher supervision made it a bit complicated when everyone was together.

A beautiful, newly built hotel with a stunning view, everything was immaculate and well kept, the staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

An excellent place to stay with a wonderful view, rooms were very clean, everyone was nice and polite, they checked in daily to see if we needed anything, and even the midnight lady made us tea.

In the fall the heating in the room didn’t work; they promised to turn it on but didn’t, the temperature fell below 15 °C, the hotel ran without breakfast in the off‑season, and there was only one large towel per person.

A gorgeous mountain view, the property was in a quiet and convenient spot near the main attractions and restaurants, the staff were friendly, but the room lacked a kettle, cups, and a couple of tea sachets; the kitchen downstairs was available to everyone (where those items were), yet the name “Hotel” is misleading because it implies those items are in the room; the hotel is still under renovation/building.
