The staff were the only decent part, but everything else was disappointing.

The location was very good for my needs and the staff were attentive and friendly, but the corridors and the room smelled bad.

It’s close to the beach, yet I was double‑charged for my stay.

When I checked in on Monday, the hallway was trash‑filled; on Sunday the elevator was out of order, and breakfast was just coffee and cupcakes. The silver lining was that a kind person returned my lost wallet, which saved the day. However, the hallway and my room both had an awful smell that I couldn’t describe, so I bought air freshener to mask it. The housekeepers didn’t speak English and seemed confused by what we said, which was frustrating. I would like some sort of refund or compensation.
