“Stay here if you ONLY care about location”

The place is only notable for its location. The room looked like a tomb—dark and depressing. The garden shown in the photos is unusable; you can’t have breakfast there, and at night there’s no light or candle—just a decorative patch of grass. The front‑desk staff were extremely unhelpful and ruined a day for us: a morning clerk suggested visiting Via Appia on a Monday, even though all attractions are closed that day, and she also told us to go by scooter, which is impossible on Via Appia because only cars can navigate it. They claim to be tourism experts, but they were not. The elevator was awful, taking forever to close its doors and ascend. The breakfast was painfully basic and hideous.

“Perfect for a city break”

The location was great and the staff were lovely, but the room was very small and there was street noise at night.

The communication about the booking process and the transfers to the airport was excellent, breakfast was very good with a great variety of food, my room was spotless with top‑quality linens and a huge bed, and I highly recommend it—everything else was just fine.

“Nice hotel for a reasoble price in Rome”

I was close enough to the Fontana di Trevi to walk there, and the breakfast was solid. The downside was our room faced a small patio, and we were woken late at night by people gathering and making noise.
