“Preface”
Everything was perfect. Nothing at all.
“Great”
No positive points were mentioned.
There were no housekeepers to check on guests, towels had to be washed by us and no extra towels were provided, and the rate changed unexpectedly. After the second week, no room service or even a vacuum was offered for the floor.
The staff were courteous and professional, but the price was a bit steep.
The room was clean, yet there were spiders above the outside walkways and stairs.
