The Suite was nice, but the restaurant had a long wait and half of their menu items didn’t exist—no rum steak, capriccio, temporary items, tirais, chocolate cake, etc.

“Jederzeit wieder , empfehlenswert.”

I stayed a few nights and it was more than enough. The room and bathroom were spacious, and the beds and mattresses were excellent. The restaurant is right next door, so you can enjoy a cold lager in the evenings, which is pretty rare here. Room service was included. The décor feels a bit dated. Parking can be tricky; I always found something in front of the hotel. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The staff were always friendly and helpful when needed. There was nothing to complain about.

“A great hotel but poor staff!”

The location, décor, and furniture were fine, but some sofas and chairs needed cleaning. The receptionist showed no sign of welcome and should be replaced by someone who knows how to smile and greet guests warmly.

“Decent hotel for business traveller with mobile internet.”

The room was large and stylish, and breakfast was excellent. It sits 2.5 km from downtown. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work in the room, only in the lobby. English communication was unreliable. There was no sign in the restaurant about a renovation that would move breakfast to the rooms, causing a lot of confusion. Renovation noise was audible in the room, and there was concert noise from 10 pm to midnight for two days. The view from the parking building was visible from the room. There was no airport shuttle, and taxi drivers charged an exorbitant amount as is the local custom.

“One word: WOW!”

The hotel was amazing with welcoming staff, spotless rooms, and a fantastic atmosphere. The food was delicious, service excellent, and every detail made the stay special. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return. Nothing negative.
