I was pleased with how tidy and clean everything was. It was a great stopover if you’re refueling and have a long layover. The supermarket right around the corner and the public toilet, which was also neat and clean, were convenient. The location was a bit hard to find and you’ll need to be patient to get there. You have to go to Terminal 2, then pass through customs. Filling out the arrival card can take a while, but the customs staff will help if you ask. They were very friendly. After clearing customs you cross to the other terminal on the opposite side. It’s a 10‑minute walk on the left side.

I appreciated the proximity to Terminal 2 arrivals and the APM to Terminal 1. However, there were no showers or private bathrooms in the hostel; you had to use the public restroom in Terminal 2.

Inside the airport, about 20 minutes from the capsule to the gate in Terminal 2, it was clean and the staff were friendly. There was no toilet or bathroom inside the capsule—you had to use the public airport WC 10 metres away. Inside the capsule you could hear public announcements. Aside from the soft mattresses, there was nothing extra compared to the bench in the terminal.

The location was very convenient. Reception processed everything as quickly as possible. The control panel inside the capsule, besides Chinese, was also duplicated in English, which let me figure everything out quickly.
