“Bad”
I booked a Deluxe Room with a view of Santa Lucia and paid for it, yet when we arrived we were handed a completely different room. I complained right away and asked for the room we had paid for. After about an hour, the hotel finally agreed to switch us, but instead of the original room they moved us to another location roughly 400 metres away. That’s unacceptable; we chose and paid for this place specifically for the room type, view, and location, and being transferred to a different property is not the same as receiving what we reserved.
