The lady at reception was welcoming, great, and friendly, and the venue itself is beautiful—I’d recommend it to friends and colleagues. On the downside, the air‑conditioner in my room wasn’t working properly, and on the first day the cleaning staff didn’t tidy the room or change the bed. After speaking with the receptionist, the next day the room was cleaned, but the night before we left the water wasn’t hot even in the morning, which was disappointing.

We arrived during a rainy day, which was a bummer because we were hoping to swim, but we still had a blast, and my boyfriend and I will definitely return. I liked everything about the property, especially our host—Thandeka or Thandiwe, I can’t remember the exact name—but she was incredibly nice to us.
