RedDoorz Plus New Era Budget Hotel Mabolo Cebu City

The price was good and the staff was good. I didn't like the fact while walking past the bottom of bed i cut my leg on the corner of the bed base and the cleaning was insufficient because i had to ask for a room cleanand clean sheets this was about 1 week and half into my stay. Every time i go away i always stay at a reddorrz hotel because of the price but some hotels you don't have to ask for anything it's done automatically after 1 week

“Needs renovation”

I stayed at this hotel because it was affordable, but unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The lack of amenities was a significant drawback, making my stay less enjoyable than I had hoped. Despite the low price, I expected a bit more in terms of services and facilities.

My stay was marred by the poor condition of the room, which was both dirty and small. The presence of mold on the wall was particularly off-putting and made me question the cleanliness standards of the hotel. Overall, I was disappointed by the state of the accommodation.

“overall I am not happy with my stay”

The only redeeming quality of my stay was the hotel's excellent location. However, the rooms fell far short of my expectations. The first room I was assigned had a door that wasn't sealed properly, a detached toilet cover, cracked wall paint, and linens with a strong odor. The air conditioning also lacked a remote control, which I had to borrow from reception, but it wasn't working. I was moved to a better room next to it, but it still required some maintenance.
