“Great price, well maintained, friendly staff”
The staff were very friendly and handled our very late arrival with grace, even greeting us with snacks.
“Bom custo-benefício”
The spot is perfect, a quiet neighborhood with shops, restaurants and a mall nearby, and the room is spacious with a full kitchen while breakfast is plain yet tasty. The staff work quickly but come across as rude, and housekeeping only shows up every seven days – I stayed four nights and never saw anyone clean.
“Just ok”
The personnel were acceptable and breakfast never changed throughout our four‑day visit. The pool area was filthy and the water itself was dirty as well.
“Ok”
The room size was adequate, but it was located right above a generator, which made the night extremely loud.
“Sehr gut”
The room and location were fine. Nothing else to note.
