The spot isn’t terrible, but I spotted mold in the bathroom—black stuff all along the floor‑wall edge while showering. My fiancé coughed weirdly the next day, the room felt damp, and wall‑to‑wall noise let me hear the neighbor two rooms down. It looks tidy on the surface, but you should check it more closely.

We really enjoyed staying here. The room was huge, even for four people, and had a conditioner and a roomy double shower. Walking to the Colosseum takes 15 minutes, and the underground parking is a 20‑minute walk away. There was a kettle, but no coffee machine, which is a bit odd for a hotel of this level.

Everything was great—an oasis of order, comfort, and cleanliness in Rome. The location and all the facilities were perfect. Highly recommend; nothing to complain about. Hope to return. Ciao, Rome.

The room was clean, modern, and the air‑conditioning worked well, which is crucial in summer. Overall, I liked it. It was a bit tricky to find the place the first time, but it was fine the next time. It would also be nice if breakfast could be ordered.
