I especially want to highlight Nina at reception; she was incredibly warm, attentive, and helpful, truly caring about my concerns, calming me, and making me feel taken seriously as a guest and a person—such genuine human care is rarer than a nice room these days. ❤️ The room itself definitely needs some renovation, upkeep, and more attention, especially regarding cleanliness and small details. Those little things, if handled with more care, would make a big difference and could improve the hotel’s ratings, attractiveness, and ultimately occupancy. I’m especially grateful to Nina. Employees like her are invaluable and can turn an initially disappointing stay into a positive one. Thank you for your warmth and real hospitality! ❤️

The hotel feels a bit dated, especially the carpet has an odor that takes some getting used to and should be removed urgently.

“Nur als Notunterkunft zur empfehlen”

Das ist ein Hotel zum schnell übernachten an der Durchreise. Mehr aber nicht. Der Badezimmer war eventuell 2 1/2qm groß. Kleine Duschevorhang was natürlich dazu geführt hat dass nach dem duschen alles nass war. Überreste von schon lange getötet Ungeziefer auf dem Wände und Decke. Schwarze flecken auf den Vorhang. Ein Reste von abgeschnitten Teppich als Vorlage vor dem Badezimmer. Und als wir den Zimmer eingetreten haben ist ein Silberfisch schnell über den Wand gehuscht

The room is practical for a city hotel and the size is fine. However, there’s no shower tray or curtain in the bathroom, so everything gets wet after showering, and a kettle for tea on the room would be great.

The room was small, but for the price it was very good. It was close to my workplace.
