“Quite good”
Everything was fine, though the AC leaked water, it didn't affect the room temperature.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. However, I was slightly underwhelmed by the quality of the amenities, which, although good, didn't quite live up to my expectations.
