I recently had a disappointing experience at a hotel where the staff refused to honor our booking, which was made through an online platform. My stay at this hotel had its share of both positive and negative experiences. One of the highlights was its convenient location near a railway station, which made it easy for me to travel. The staff were also very cooperative and supportive, which made a big difference in my stay. However, there were a few issues that I encountered, such as the use of plastic bottles for water and the absence of a water boiling kettle in the room.
