Nothing positive to mention. The food was of very low quality with no variety, the pool was filthy with a black floor and walls, the beach was nearby but not part of the hotel, room service sometimes returned after a beach visit around 15:00 still dirty, guests left towels in the pool to claim space which is unacceptable and no one monitors it, and that’s basically it.
The location is perfect, close to a nice beach. Everything else was good.

From the moment we arrived, Maria at reception greeted us with a warm, delightful smile and a motherly touch that made us feel instantly at home. The rest of the team matched her enthusiasm, always ready, keeping tables clean, serving quickly, and treating each guest with personal respect and empathy. I especially remember Panikos, who chatted with us individually and showed genuine interest, and Nisha, who was energetic, helpful, and open. Nishanta also left a lasting impression with his infectious positivity. The hotel itself is beautifully presented, with muted colors, immaculate cleanliness, and well-crafted details that create a cohesive visual experience. The rooms are spotless, cleaned daily, and the overall atmosphere is calm, far from the city’s bustle. Evenings are relaxing at the pool bar, surrounded by palm trees and atmospheric music. The Penthouse view is stunning. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat away from crowds and noise. The only suggestion is that the air conditioning in each area could run a bit stronger; sometimes it was just too warm, and most guests would appreciate relief after arriving from the heat.

The staff were all extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location and access to the beach were great. All areas were clean. The breakfast was good. The area around the pool was good and there seemed to be sufficient beds for the number of guests. The shower pressure in the room was excellent. Although the balcony was small, it had a good view of the beach and the hooks for swimsuits were useful. We felt welcome to spend the day at the hotel after checking out. The lunch we ordered at the pool was very poor and we only ate there once. The outside toilets were downstairs which is inconvenient when you're wet. There was also no access to the rooms without going past reception, and guests were asked not to enter the building while wet. The music in the pool area was too loud. The renovations to the room felt half‑hearted and could have been better. The corridors from the lift to the room were ugly and needed painting, with a smell of damp. The lighting in the room was too white. Not even a box of tissues was provided and the toiletries were very basic. There was no provision of the usual cotton make‑up remover pad/shower cap/cotton ear buds. The bath towels were thin and small and several had holes in them.
