Cabañas Tautira, on Isla de Pascua, offers self-catering bungalows with kitchenettes, seating areas, and TVs, 200 metres from Pea beach and 500 metres from the handicraft fair. The tranquil retreat provides free Wi-Fi, scenic views, and private on-site parking. It is a 15-minute walk from Ahu Tahai archeological centre and 20-minute walk from Sebastian Englert archeological museum.

Proximity to the center, comfort of the beds and pillows, friendliness of the host. I traveled with my parents both in their 70s and what they appreciated most was the comfort of the beds and pillows. Additionally, the host provided a grill so we could celebrate my dad's birthday. There was a perfect trampoline for kids who need to burn off energy. Thanks for everything. Very good stay.

The host answered questions super fast, the airport shuttle was free and friendly, and they even offered a city tour and car rental. The kitchen is handy, plus there’s a balcony, courtyard, and a huge trampoline that’s perfect for kids. It’s close to downtown, so shopping is easy, and you can buy a big bottle of filtered water straight from the host. The host is very polite and gives a taste of local life. On the downside, the kitchen utensils were dirty and had to be washed again, many were broken, the toilet paper holder was damaged and papers often fell out, the room had dust in corners, the kitchen screen was torn so bugs got in, and the shower water tasted salty.
