The room was clean and there is a convenient store right in front of the hotel. We had a bad experience: we booked an extra bed but it wasn’t there when we arrived, and they said they could only put it in the following day, which was inconvenient. The TV wasn’t working when we wanted to watch the World Cup, and it took forever for them to fix it. The fridge also wasn’t working and they said they couldn’t do anything about it.
“Ottima struttura qualità prezzo. Buona posizione.”
The building is clean and the staff are very welcoming. I liked everything.
The place is clean and well located.
We had a problem at the hotel that they did not take responsibility for or offer a solution. A couple of brand‑new iPods that we had purchased and packed disappeared from our room; when we returned home only the empty boxes remained, no packaging or earbuds inside. We had put them straight into our carry‑on bag, which we used only to go straight to the airport. They were intended as gifts, and we were very upset to discover this after leaving the hotel. The response from the staff was disappointing.
