Costantino was a kind and especially hospitable person. The rooms were spotless and the breakfast was excellent. I would give them 10 points only for the welcome.

We had a very pleasant time at Erminia. It was a great base for exploring the south of the Salento Peninsula. Everything you need is there, and if you need more, the host Constatino will provide it, help, and give you information. You can count on him in any situation. Constatino specially prepared sweet breakfasts for us and always asked if everything was OK. The air conditioning worked. The bathroom had liquids and gels, clean white towels. Great value for the price.
