The breakfast was satisfactory, but the rooms, toilets, and bathrooms could have been cleaner and more well‑maintained.

The staff were very courteous, eager to help and to point out good shops, restaurants, resorts, etc.; even though the hotel wasn’t very busy, it was tidy and spotless. We would definitely choose it again when we’re in the city. The breakfast, while having many options, should have offered more traditional Greek items like local jams, honey, and fruit. We understand that the economic downturn has heavily impacted the hotel sector, especially in a small provincial town like Arta, making it hard to keep up with rising prices and customer demands.
