Everything was amazing – the room was large, bright, clean, and the beds were comfortable; customer service was excellent, the breakfast buffet offered a wide spread, and the staff were always warm and welcoming. The beach stayed clean and the location was good, though mosquitoes near the poolside at night were the only downside.

The staff were incredible and went above and beyond; the beach and pool areas were lovely, the food was great, and the cocktails were nice too. There is absolutely nothing to complain about!

We were three generations – my mother, me, and a 10‑year‑old – and the beach and scenery were fantastic; after a trip around the island we extended our stay to a week because this was definitely the best location. There are many activities for kids – big chess, basketball, volleyball, ping‑pong table, and table games on request – and the breakfast was nice with very friendly staff. If you ignore minor misunderstandings, this resort is truly a relaxed getaway. The spa is nice but expensive. The only negatives are the lack of shops or restaurants nearby outside the resort, the high prices in the on‑site restaurants, and the fact that check‑in staff rarely mention all the possible extras, even though there are plenty of receptionists who could explain them for free.
