“Mediocre but a bed for the night”

The place was spotless and the Sunday dinner was amazing, which is why I booked it for a visit to Centre Parcs. However, the breakfast was disappointing for the price; it wasn’t freshly cooked and arrived about 5 minutes after I ordered, clearly reheated in a microwave. I messaged the hotel almost six weeks before my stay to inform them that two guests were coeliac and asked if dinner and breakfast would be gluten‑free. They assured me it wouldn’t be an issue, but we found no gluten‑free bread the night before we arrived. The only gluten‑free option mentioned was the Sunday lunch, which was fantastic, but there was no gluten‑free cereal and no note on the website. I won’t stay here again.

The staff were very attentive and friendly, but the far end of the car park could use a bit of tidying up.

“Decent hotel with paid cooked breakfast”

Our bedroom was huge, with a big bed, a writing table, and a large bathroom that had both a bath and a separate shower. We were offered a cooked breakfast and accepted it, but there wasn’t really a vegetarian option—there’s no vegetarian choice on the pub menu either. They served eggs, mushrooms, and beans, which were tasty. No cost was mentioned beforehand, yet at checkout I received a bill for the breakfast. I’m fine paying for what I’ve had as long as I know the price upfront and can decide accordingly. A simple “the continental breakfast is complimentary, but if you’d like a cooked breakfast here’s the menu with prices” would be helpful.

“Maypole worth to be recomemded to visiitors.”

Hospitality, Reception is very approchable. Eveone geatings with smile in their face. Worth remembering as first time to stay in Maypile. Mobile signal is weak
