“Deçu”
The thermal water was nice, but the pool was cold.
The staff were friendly and the on‑site restaurant and huge spa complex (just the big pool with slides and the thermal pool) were great; we stayed from 30 November to 2 December, alone with my husband, and the pools were clean. However, the hotel feels worn out: it’s under renovation with no real progress, everything looks old‑fashioned, doors didn’t close properly, a bed leg was broken, chairs were torn, the counter top was old. It used to be great, now it’s in a sorry state. We had breakfast and dinner, but the food didn’t impress me.
The water was never warm, even though it’s marketed as thermal; it was icy cold. The electricity kept cutting out and the room stayed chilly all the time.
