The location was good and the breakfast fantastic, but the mattresses were really in need of replacement; the room was small with a tiny bathroom, yet it worked well for two people and was the cheapest option at the Guesthouse by Rex, except for the beds.

Waking up to the Matterhorn right outside the window was a real treat, and the room itself was spotless with high‑end bedding and nice soap. The décor feels a bit old‑school and the mattress was softer than I like, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep.
