The spa was great, the massage was cool, and the room was top. The staff were pleasant and available, and the hotel bar was nice. The hammam wasn’t always hot, but you could ask the front desk for it, and the breakfast selection was limited.

The staff were genuinely very friendly, the reception was excellent, and the recommendations for visits and activities were great. The floor in the aquatic area was slippery; maybe a mop could be offered.

Jerome and the rest of the team were welcoming, kind, and helpful; the bed was very comfortable, the pool lovely, and the room modern and clean. The price is good for a 25‑minute walk from Honfleur centre, but the bus stops early so you’d need to plan your return if you want to dine out after dark; this wasn’t an issue for us but could matter to others. A few sauna tiles need replacing.
