I’ve stayed here four times now, which says a lot. This time my whole family of 12 was with me. Thanks for this visit.

Our stay at this hotel was completely unacceptable and extremely disappointing. The worst part was the room’s cleanliness: we were expected to sleep on dirty linens, with bugs stuck to the sheets, hairs that clearly came from previous guests, and visible stains that looked like bodily fluids. This is absolutely unacceptable for any hotel and made us feel extremely uncomfortable sleeping in the room. The overall condition of the hotel was also very poor; many things looked worn out, damaged, and badly maintained, including the bedding and furnishings, which were old and frayed. The hotel looked nothing like the standard we expected. On top of that, there was a loud party downstairs at night, with so much noise that we could not sleep properly. Unfortunately, this was one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences we have had. Cleanliness and basic hygiene should be the absolute minimum a guest can expect, and in our case even those basic standards were not met.

The center of Palma and Cala Major were easily reachable on foot and by public transport. It was only about 15 minutes to the airport, and the harbor/marina was right across the street. The breakfast was incredibly abundant, including Spanish classics. The restaurant/breakfast room was nice.

Excellent location, good room and nice staff. 1) I am a very light sleeper and walls were quite thin, so I had to wear ear-plugs on some nights to mitigate noise from the room next door. If you are a deep sleeper then this won't be an issue. 2)The Gym was quite limited in its equipment
