I appreciated the staff, especially the manager, for helping me get rooms, but I was not told that my reservation wasn’t completed. I received an invoice, yet when I arrived there were no rooms available; apparently my credit card didn’t go through, even though I thought I was paying on site. Overall, it wasn’t a good experience.
“Reasonable place to stay for a short break.”
The location is close to shops and services, and the staff were very helpful and polite. The place looks a bit faded and worn in some areas.
“Hotel was overbooked and did not offer alternative accommodation and no refund was given.”
The hotel was overbooked and offered no alternative accommodation, leaving me stranded in the middle of the night. I managed to find another place that night, but it was a stressful experience. I had to contact the booking platform to get a refund.
The facility was nice and the staff were great! The walls are a bit thin, and the couple next door woke up my family at 4 am and were super loud.
“The Hampton Inn provided a comfortable and great stay for me and my family.”
It was easy to find and the area is great. Everything was great.
