The alpaca experience was lovely. Throughout the whole stay we felt well taken care of by the team, from the transfer to the end. Although it was always clear that the tours didn’t include a guide or lunch box, it might be useful to add those for future outings.

“An amazing experience”

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Sierra Sacred Valley. The hotel’s design is beautiful, with meticulous detail and a unique atmosphere that meshes with the surroundings. Service was outstanding from start to finish; the staff were professional, warm, and attentive, always ensuring we felt comfortable. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, adding to the enjoyment. A special thanks to German, the manager, for his exceptional hospitality, personal attention, and dedication—he really went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Highly recommended: a beautiful hotel, excellent service, and an unforgettable experience in the Sacred Valley.

“Excellent hotel with cute alpacas, would stay there again!”

The property is beautifully designed and offers mountain views. The gravel road leading up to the hotel is a downside.

“Hotel encantador, familiar con grandes profesionales en el servicio.”

The staff were incredibly friendly, with Andrea at the front desk and Germán in the restaurant showing real professionalism, and the owner was simply delightful. The towels were nice, the rooms huge and comfortable with a wood‑burning stove, the restaurant’s menu and the full breakfast were both high‑quality, and the gardens and common areas were excellent; I couldn’t find a single thing I disliked, everything was perfect.
