The staff were rude and unhelpful; it felt like pulling teeth just to get a pair of glasses for drinking, and you had to order dinner in advance.

The room light was extremely bright.

The location was good, but the hot tub had no water and the pool was so cold that no one could use it; I asked the front desk and they said it was normal temperature, yet with about 50 people at the hotel, not a single person used the pool, which is disappointing.
