The staff were outstanding – 10/10. The woman who checked us in was probably named Caroline, and the overnight guys were Rob and Derick (that’s what I think). The room had no trash bags at all, and we were rudely woken at 7 am by loud banging or construction, with no heads‑up that anything was happening.

Clean and friendly, very accommodating, and it’s close to Bourbon Street. No pool.

The staff were very accommodating and the stay was amazing. It’s located to all the downtown areas and rail cars. The Hubby and I will be returning for our anniversary and his birthday on Sept. 5th. The location.

The hotel is new, rooms are clean and fresh. The location is very good, right next to the French Quarter. In August the hotel was terribly cold, and the room couldn’t be set to a higher temperature.
