The service was bad.
The reception staff were friendly and very helpful, but the cleaning was not up to standard—daily cleaning was poorly done. They didn’t help with luggage, which was the first time I’d encountered that. The laundry service washed clothes but didn’t iron them, and they never told me that, which they should have.

There is a lot of noise in the hotel, and the doors are shut very loudly.

The spot is decent, but the shower has low water pressure and feels very uncomfortable, and the aircon is awful—just a fan at 18°C, not cold at all . The staff are not friendly at all, even when serving guests.

The location is convenient for the routes and getting to our conference at Đệ Nhất Hotel, and there are many restaurants and cafés around. The reception was a bit blunt, and extra charges for additional guests or overtime are quite high, while the room service is not very good (no water available, bottled water is extra, the door lock doesn’t work, and the TV won’t turn on…).
