The service was outstanding.

The hotel’s location is incredibly privileged, offering the best view of the Rodadero bay; you can see both sunrise and sunset clearly, and all the maritime activity is visible. There’s a small coral reef for snorkeling. Some menu items could be improved and the hotel could offer more indoor activities. There are no activities for children.

The food, the room, the service. Mosquitoes are part of the natural scenery; a good repellent can’t solve that.

The room was fine. The food was very expensive for the small portions. There are no services to get to the nearest beach; everything is tied to the hotel, and you can only eat where they say, with limited spaces to do so. The price of meals and drinks is not justified. If you need a iron, dryer, or towels you must go to reception; they don’t allow you to bring your own food or drinks—you have to buy everything from them. A bottle of water costs 10 000. The extra activities like massages and other services are charged, making it feel boring. The best thing is to enjoy the room. I thought only lunch had small portions, but breakfast is like for kids; the best is to come without hunger or to fast. Portions are small across the board, even kids finish everything, yet kids don’t eat well. A normal lunch costs 68, just meat and salad, followed by a 16 000 lemonade that’s just ice. It feels like a diet place. Transport out of there costs 65 000 with their cars. It feels like everything extra is a business. It’s okay, but they should let guests arrange their own transport; it’s not easy because it’s a bit far and the cars almost never go there.
