The rooms are new, clean, with a large and comfortable bathroom. The décor is well cared for. The location is central, and there is parking by the roadside. The automatic entry system uses access codes.

The location was directly in front of the Motlo station, which was convenient, and the room offered a coffee and tea service. The standard room lacked windows and was poorly soundproofed; you could hear the neighbors and especially the engines outside.

De locatie was erg fijn. Dicht bij het centrum waarbij alles op loopafstand te doen is. Goed beveiligd om niet zomaar binnen te komen. We hadden tijdens het verblijf last van kakkerlakken die via de riolering in de badkamer omhoog kwamen. Na contact met het verblijf hebben ze direct actie ondernomen, helaas zijn ze hardnekkig. Voor het moment dat wij daar waren was het niet volledig opgelost ondanks 'pest-control treatment'. Het verblijf heeft 1 maal extra schoongemaakt voor compensatie
