The place was spotlessly clean and the staff were genuinely kind, but there was no swimming pool or spa.

The hotel looked gorgeous and the staff were friendly, and it was super close to all the spots we needed; however, we had to wait 10 minutes for hot water in the shower, nights were noisy from outside, kids ran through the hallways at 7am, and the AC made a lot of noise too.

The property was clean with beautiful decor and the staff were incredibly professional and attentive to every need, but the location, while convenient for events, was terrible for sound: there was almost no sound isolation, trains ran all hours right outside, people raced on the streets, music blasted occasionally, and emergency sirens blared each night—every loud noise seemed to come right out the window, making it hard to sleep.

Breakfast was great, but the decor left something to be desired.

Everything was perfect—clean rooms, a great location right where we wanted to be, and everything else just worked.
