“Fantastic place and great location with shops and restaurants near by.”

I was traveling solo for a running event and the place was exactly what I needed: a room with kitchen facilities, not a full apartment, easy to locate with a short walk from the train station, the staff didn’t speak English but we managed to communicate, which added to the experience. The room was spotless and organized, had a private bathroom, towels, shower gels, and a hair dryer. The balcony offered a charming view and the bed was very comfortable. There were other rooms in the building but I never saw anyone else. On the morning of my run I had to be at Mondello beach at 8 am and the owner kindly offered transport, making my morning much easier; we even stopped on the way for some pretty seaside photos. Thumbs up! I’ll be back. Highly recommend this place! The only downside was that it was a bit loud on the street in the evenings, but that’s outside the property’s control.

“Nice place but need to resolve water noise issues”

Very clean with a good location, nice room and bathroom. Unfortunately, every time water is used in any room, the water pressure and pump noise are audible, so I was constantly woken by this at night.
