“Das erste Hotel meines Lebens ohne Toilettensitz”

The front‑desk guy was nice, but that’s the only positive. The shabby shack is very central in town. The bathroom lacks a toilet seat and a shower head, and you can’t even hang a towel. Instead, there are loads of cockroaches everywhere in the room, on and under the bed, and in the bathroom. The mattress, covered in plastic and full of stains, is totally uncomfortable, and loud music from the street drags on. All in all, a disaster.

We arrived to find every room already taken, even though the hotel had confirmed our reservation. They offered no alternative, so we ended up hunting for another place at the last minute.

The staff were friendly and attentive, which made the stay pleasant. The building itself shows a bit of wear‑and‑tear, though, so it doesn’t feel brand‑new.

“Excelente ubicación y la atención del personal”

The spot is spot‑on—right in the middle of everything you’d want to see—and the employees were genuinely helpful. Nothing else really stood out, but it worked fine.
