The room was spotless, cozy, and well kept. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room had all the essentials for a pleasant stay. The restaurant staff were friendly, attentive, and always smiling. I also liked how the staff quickly arranged our late check‑in. There was nothing major that I disliked during our one‑night stay; overall it was a comfortable and pleasant experience.

My stay at Viluxery City Hotel was comfortable and pleasant. The staff were friendly and available 24/7. Although the initial room wasn't ideal, the reception team quickly arranged a better one. Both the food and cleanliness were good. The hotel is very conveniently located, with easy access to the station, supermarket, banks, and other essentials. It's a safe and reliable choice, especially for emergency stays

Breakfast arrived very early in the morning, exactly when I asked, and the service was excellent. I really appreciate the hospitality and the team’s effort to accommodate my request.

The staff were very helpful, especially Thilanka, who was more service-oriented than I’d expect. The area around the hotel isn’t really tourist‑friendly, but that’s not the hotel’s fault.
