The staff were really lovely and kind, the location was great, the bed was comfy, and the breakfast was good, but there were no hooks for towels or coats.

The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy; the view from outside was beautiful and added to our enjoyment. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and everything tasted great. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel’s proximity to the bus station and a mini‑grocery was convenient. We did experience a power outage during our stay, but electricity was restored after a few hours.

I loved Bergen and everything about it.

The staff were friendly and helpful; they washed and dried the dirty clothes we had collected during our trip. We were in October, and the room was cold at night, but fortunately there was an extra blanket we could use.
