The location was great! Safe area close to the main roads and canal but enough distance to avoid the noise. Also close to the F.te Nove Ferry to get to other islands or other parts of Venice. The room was large and clean and our host was very responsive and helpful. The shared bathrooms were cleaned everyday which was appreciated but still quite inconvenient, but quite common in Venice

Ubicación y tamaño de la habitación ( Es un palacio Veneciano de 600 años. ). Las puertas hacen mucho ruido. Hace falta lubricante. Teníamos el baño compartido al lado y los golpes toda la noche molestan. Se escucha los ruidos y voces de la habitación de al lado. Y si te tocan tres inadaptadas al lado como a nosotros la pasas mal. Igual el personal le planteamos la inquietud y lo soluciono inmediatamente

Private bathroom, clean place. Located in the islands, however not the main one. Friendly host. Silent place. 2nd floor with no elevator, very troublesome for heavy luggage. The mattress sinks way too much, caused us back pain
