The hotel kept losing power and water, and the security was terrible – it felt downright scary.

During my stay, I was warmly welcomed by the hotel staff, who genuinely went out of their way to ensure my comfort. The hotel's central location made it easy for me to explore the city. However, I did notice that some of the equipment was showing signs of wear and could benefit from an update. Unfortunately, the bathroom facilities were not well-sealed, and I experienced a water shortage during my stay.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The kitchen staff and housekeepers were really on top of their game, providing great service. However, the front desk staff were completely unprofessional and seemed to disregard their duties, often neglecting to listen to guests, failing to resolve minor issues, and even resorting to dishonesty. Overall, it was a letdown to encounter such subpar service from the people who are supposed to be the face of the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to its warm welcome, beautiful rooms equipped with a mini fridge, and delicious breakfast options that catered to my needs. The hotel's proximity to the Bazarbe d'Anakily market made it very convenient for shopping. The Wi-Fi connection was also reliable and efficient.
