I loved the facilities, and the breakfast was delicious.
“Desconexión de la ciudad.”
The place is beautiful, the staff amazing and the food delicious, but we were given room #25 which we didn't fully like because it was near the entrance, so many people passed by and it didn't feel very private; we had to close the doors as soon as we arrived to get more privacy. The room has a window that lets in light directly onto your face from 5am while you sleep. Aside from that, the communal areas are lovely, the food is tasty and the staff are great.

Visité el lugar dos ces anteriores hace casi 25 años y sería recomendable agregar un poco más de confort a las habitaciones. Las camas excelente, pero el sillón y la silla podrían estar mucho mejor. Además sería bueno agregar café en las habitaciones

The hotel’s atmosphere and the staff’s friendly service were great, and the area is beautiful with plenty of other sights to see. I appreciated that the hotel had a naturalist guide for birdwatching. The downside is that, because the area is mountainous, there is no internet access. I think it would be important for the hotel to extend its Wi‑Fi coverage or provide Wi‑Fi in the rooms.
