I love the West End spot—easy hops to both old town and new town, plus loads of restaurants and shops, and the place is surprisingly quiet. Nothing else to mention.

They don’t serve breakfast, but the room comes with everything you need to whip up your own: coffee/tea maker, fridge, microwave, cutlery, cups/bowls. There’s a tiny shop on site for most ingredients, or supermarkets are a short walk away. The room was roomy, the area quiet yet close to amenities and the city centre, the bathroom was large and well stocked, the TV had Netflix… all of this at a reasonable price.

Tolles Ambiente, schöne Aussicht, zu Fuß schnell alles zu erreichen. Das Bett war für meinen Geschmack zu klein und unbequem, leider gab es kein Frühstück (zwar ne Art Kiosk)

The jacuzzi in my basement suite was a nice bonus, but I was disappointed to find myself in the basement—I hadn’t seen that Classic Suites are located there. We’ve always stayed higher up and sometimes upgraded, so as regular guests we expected a better room, but the hotel was full, so maybe it wasn’t possible. The TV had a limited channel selection, perhaps because we were in the basement. Still, the suite was spacious and the bathroom lovely, though it had no window.
